📋 Video Booking Policies
- Retainer: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid before production begins.
- Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Late Cancellations: Retainers are non-refundable and dates may not be transferred without approval.
- Editing: Each package includes the number of revisions listed. Additional revisions are billed separately.
- Turnaround: Turnaround times begin once all necessary music, footage, creative information, and other required materials have been received.
- Travel: Travel outside the standard service area may require an additional travel fee ($1 per mile outside of the 30 mile range).
- Custom Productions: Projects requiring additional production time, locations, crew, props, specialized equipment, or extensive post-production may receive a custom quote.
