Photography Services Agreement

This agreement is between ShotbyKeezy Photography (“Photographer”) and the client listed below (“Client”).

Payment & Retainer

A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure the session date.
The remaining balance is due before the session begins.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation.

Key Terms

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling. Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule allowed with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the retainer.

2. Creative Style. Client has reviewed Photographer’s portfolio and trusts Photographer’s editing style and artistic direction.

3. RAW Files. RAW/unedited files are not delivered under any circumstances.

4. Delivery. Final edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within the stated turnaround time for the session type.

5. Copyright. Images remain copyrighted property of ShotbyKeezy Photography. Client receives personal-use rights for sharing and printing. Commercial use requires written permission.

6. Liability. If Photographer cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
